Wilson Family unexplained Secondary Infertility

Unexplained Secondary infertility definition: happens when you can't get pregnant or carry a baby to term after you've been pregnant before and had a baby without any trouble. Secondary infertility shares many of the same causes of primary infertility. Out of all infertility causes, secondary infertility makes up about 50 percent of all cases. We are the Wilsons. My name is Diana and my husbands name is Justin. We have been together for almost 11 years, married for 8 years this October. Right after we got back from our honeymoon, we knew we wanted to start trying and got pregnant with our first child within 2 months, had a great pregnancy and had a healthy beautiful baby girl. My husband and I both come from big families, so we knew from the beginning we wanted a big family of our own. We started trying for baby #2 once our daughter was over a year old, she turns 7 this year and is still an only child. After seeing multiple doctors and taking various medications, still nothing has worked. Our next step is to try IUI which is not covered under insurance, and due to the high cost of IUI treatment, we have exhausted all of our resources and can not afford it on our own. After almost 5 and a half years of tears, appointments and procedures, all we want is another bundle of joy, so our daughter can finally be the big sister that shes always wanted to be. She will be the best big sister one day, we just know it. We would love to have a big family. Unexplained Secondary infertility was a shock, we never saw coming and we long for the day we get to bring another child home.
