Trying to make a baby for my girlfriend.

Hey my name is Keytwanna and I been trying to conceive a baby. I jus can't have another one because due to my tubal ligation I had in the past since 2018. I have a Girlfriend and we are trying to start a new family I have 3 kids also. I have 2 boys and 1 girl. I jus want my match which is another girl. So it will help if you can help with $5 I'm really trying my best. I don't have no job yet just waiting for my interview. And my girlfriend she is soon to be driving trucks. I really need this help it's hurts when you can't make no baby for your family. I was going to get the tubal reversal...or the IVF....I just need help with the funds. That will be very helpful.
