Trevor & Shelby�s IVF Journey

Hi, Our names are Trevor and Shelby Haas. We have been trying to get pregnant for a couple years and found out about 6 months ago that IVF is our only option to conceive. We found out that Trevor has 2 separate traits of Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Although he does not have the disease itself, this has caused him to have Congenital Bilateral Absence of Vas Deferens (CBAVD). However Trevor did have a procedure that allows us to use his sperm for IVF, which is a huge blessing. Our biggest concern of IVF is the cost and financial burden of this process but our dreams of becoming parents are keeping us hopeful. We have been hesitant in asking for financial help but are realizing that since this is our only option, it is going to be very costly. We are being told that we need to pay for these treatments up front before we even start the beginning phases for Shelby.
