Fultz family fertility treatments

My name is Blair. I am 32 years old, my husband terry and I have been trying to have a baby for almost 9 years now. I have pcos. I have had success with ovulation on clomid. Unfortunately neither of my tubes are functioning correctly which leaves us with ivf being our next option. I have gone through all the pre testing for ivf and my fertility doctor says I�m good to go and ready. My only dream in life has always been to be a mother, if you have it in your heart to donate we would be forever grateful for helping us complete our family!
