My name is Jennifer Smallenbroek and I am a postpartum hemorrhage survivor. I welcomed my son, Jonathan, on February 11, 2023. After birth, I hemorrhaged. I had an emergency partial hysterectomy and multiple blood transfusions. The procedure that saved my life also took away my ability to bring new life into the world on my own. I am fundraising to support my husband, Ben, and I's journey into surrogacy. We want nothing more than to have another child, a sweet sibling for our one-year-old baby boy.
