Still trying after miscarriages

My name is mary, I have lupus and have been through chemo a few times and have had 5 miscarriages. Most of my adult life I was told that I had a bicornuate uterus and none of the doctors would help me figure out the cause. Then my husband and I got together knowing the possibility of us having a biological child would be slim; we then found out we were expecting but I didn’t get to my OB in time then the sad news was here. It wasn’t until after my 4th miscarriage I was informed after having to have multiple tests that I had a septate uterus. The doctor was able to do some reconstruction to try to make it more normal. My 5th miscarriage was more of what they call a missed miscarriage. We want to have a family of our own and we’ve talked about surrogacy, but it’s more money and I’ve heard of issues with it. We were hoping to give my mom a grandchild before she passed away, she held on as long as she could. We keep praying for a miracle. We’ve seen a dr and they’re suggesting Embryo donation/adoption
