Why We’re Fundraising for Fertility Treatments 💗💙 Our Dream of Baby G 💙💗 For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of becoming a parent. But fertility struggles have made that journey far more challenging than I ever imagined. After experiencing the heartbreak of a miscarriage, I knew that this fight wasn’t over. I knew that one day, I would hold my baby in my arms—but getting there is taking more than just hope and love. It’s taking an incredible financial and emotional toll. Over the past year, I’ve undergone two rounds of medicated fertility treatments, trying to make our dream a reality. Now, we’ve learned that my husband, Taylor, may also have fertility challenges, leading us down an even more complicated path. Our next step: We’re pursuing two rounds of IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) as our best chance to conceive. If those aren’t successful, we will be moving forward with IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), which is an even greater financial burden. Unfortunately, insurance covers very little of these treatments, and we are left paying for most of it out-of-pocket. What Your Support Will Help Cover: 💙 Two rounds of IUI (procedures, medications, and ultrasounds) 💙 Additional fertility testing for Taylor 💙 IVF treatments if IUI is unsuccessful 💙 Medications and procedures required to give us the best chance at success That’s why I’m asking for help. This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do—to be vulnerable enough to ask for support in bringing our baby into the world. But I know that we are not alone in this, and that every little bit of support, whether financial or emotional, brings us one step closer to making our dream a reality.     Meet Shelby & Taylor: Our Journey to Parenthood Hi everyone! We’re Shelby and Taylor, and we’ve been together for 14 years, married for almost 7. 💙 Our home is always full of love (and fur!) thanks to our 5 dogs—Gigi, Duke, Stella, Finley, and Maui—and our 2 cats, Neagan and Tiger. Right now, our favorite title is Aunt Shelby and Uncle “Bubbles” to our sweet and sassy niece, Reese. She has completely stolen our hearts, and being part of her life has made us even more excited to start our own little family. Taylor works in construction, and Shelby helps manage the office of a trucking company. In the evenings, Shelby also coaches Tiny’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teaches a HIIT Kickboxing class. We both love staying active and doing what we love! Our hobbies keep us busy: 🔹 Taylor is a cigar collector and enjoys paintball and anything involving DJ lights. 🔹 Shelby is a self-proclaimed Disney Adult and an active Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, proudly holding her blue belt. But more than anything, our biggest goal right now is to become parents. 💙 We can’t wait to pour all the love we have into our child and give them a life filled with joy, adventure, and unwavering support.   2. ✨ Fundraising Update: Taking the Next Steps ✨

    We wanted to share an update on our fertility journey—we are officially getting set up with our new fertility clinic! 💙 ✅ All of my blood work is completed as we continue moving forward. ✅ Taylor has completed his extensive testing, which was a big and costly step for us, and we are now awaiting the results. ✅ My next step is a saline sonogram to check for any issues that may require surgery before treatment can begin. This has been an emotional and financial rollercoaster, but we are hopeful as we take these next steps. Your support means the world to us—whether it’s through donations, shares, or just words of encouragement. Every bit of kindness helps us stay strong in this journey. We’ll continue to keep you all updated as we move closer to treatment.
