Please help me and my fianc� have a blessed baby

Hello my name is Amelia Santarrelli. I have went through several abusive relationships and an ectopic pregnancy that has caused me to be unable to have children naturally with my current fianc�. I currently do not have any Fallopian tubes. Him and I have tried for months but have failed to conceive. We reached out to Iowa city hospital and was told it would be 19,000 plus medication cost and testing cost in order to make our dreams come true. We are hoping that we can get any help towards bringing a baby into our lives and expanding our lives and family.
