Planning for the Future

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read this, I appreciate you listening to why I am here. Sometimes I ask myself, “whose life is this?” When I think about where I am in my family journey. Life has not gone the way I planned. While I am incredibly blessed in so many ways, I haven’t found blessings in the family department. Fourteen years after a Crohn’s Disease diagnosis, my body is exhausted and the stress of family planning is taking a toll. I’m raising money to help cover fertility preservation in the form of egg freezing. I have already done one cycle completely out of pocket and am really disappointed with the results. I hope to take some of the pressure off myself. Going through family planning alone is a really scary and isolating process. It takes a physical, mental, emotional and unfortunately financial toll.
