Our Family is Growing Through Adoption

Hello friends and family! We are so excited to share with you all that we are expanding our family through adoption! After walking through a high risk pregnancy and dangerous delivery, we really felt the Lord place adoption on our hearts. We have always talked about adoption, even while dating. We hope to have multiple children, but after that difficult delivery we felt the Lord make it clear that our next child would be welcomed into our family through adoption. We have been pursuing this for over a year and got the final approval that we are officially able to adopt on July 28th! We now have our family’s profile book presented to expectant mothers who are considering an adoption plan. We are now in the waiting for a mother to choose our family! This could happen at any time, which is why we are asking for your support! As many know, adoption can be very expensive. (For good reason!) there is a ton that goes into adoption, and we are in awe of the case workers we work with and their constant dedication to this mission! The adoption fees that we will be paying help pay for our case workers to travel to mothers and families, get legal approval that we are a safe family for baby, and most importantly provide on going support (counseling, physical needs) to the woman who is entrusting us with her child. We ask that you prayerfully consider donating so that we can care for a sweet little one, and support mothers who are choosing life! We also ask for you to keep our family in your prayers as we enter into this season. We are so excited but have some anxiety of not knowing what things will look like. We ask that you also pray for birth mother, as she makes an extremely difficult decision for her child. We can only imagine the emotions she must be feeling. We love you all and are so blessed to have you all walking along side us!
