My name is Christine. At 16 I was diagnosed with PCOS. There is no cure. PCOS is one of the most common causes of female infertility, affecting 6% to 12% (as many as 5 million) of US women of reproductive age. It causes hair growth all over, irregular periods, weight gain, acne, obesity. Meds can help symptoms but, there is no way to ever get rid of PCOS. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 9 years. I�ve had test done to confirm I do not ovulate on my own. Medicine did not help. We are trying to start our IVF journey. We are asking for help, raising the money for the cost. We have to pay out of pocket for, test, office visits, lab work, transfer. We are asking for help with the burden of IVF cost.
