New addition to our family

My Name is Brittany I�m 30 years old my husband name is Tim. We have been together little over 4 years married for almost 1 year. I have three beautiful children from a prior marriage, which after I had my tubes tied. When I met my now husband I thought getting them untied would be no biggie but I got diagnosed with stage 1C ovarian cancer and had to get two more surgeries which made it impossible for them to do another surgery to untie my tubes. My husband has no kids besides the three he accepts everyday, but there nothing more on this earth I want to give him than his own little bunches of joy.
