Mother for the first time

My name is Dee Burwell an I having being dealing with having blocked tubes , I never knew I had this issue until I was married an never could give him the one thing he wonted , was a child , we are know longer together but that's ok God has other plans for me but I believe in Miracles an dreams , so please help me , help my dreams come true an thats all I ever wonted was to be a mother, I always have helped raised other people's children but I hope one day I can have and raise my own .
