Make a family whole

My name is Cynthia, I�m 34 years old and at the age of 25 I got my tubes tied after my last child. Never thinking that I would have another after the breakup with my sons father. But I found someone who loves me, adores me, and asked me to be his wife. We want a to make our circle whole and our family to grow and I�m asking you guys if you could help it come true. I would like to get my tubes untied but my insurance will not pay for any of it. I did my research and in my state ( Alabama) the cost is $9500 In which we do not have, so I�m asking please help us.
