Luke and Amy�s Adoption Journey� A Journey of Hope

My beautiful daughter, Amy, dreamed of being a mommy from the time she was a little girl. She and her wonderful husband, Luke, met as teenagers and it was love at first sight. They have been married for almost 13 years now and began trying to start a family a couple of years after they were married. After a decade of the heartbreak of infertility and unsuccessful treatments, they turned to adoption. They have completed their home study, their adoption portfolio and have hired an adoption consultant. They are ready for their baby! The cost of private adoption is astronomical— $60,000.00+! And of course this is after spending so much on their years of infertility treatments. They have $15,000 of their own money saved and are approved for a $30,000 adoption loan (which will have to be paid back— but they still come up short another $15,000. They are trusting God for a baby and for the funds— and asking friends, family and even compassionate strangers to help. Together we can see a baby receive such a loving and wonderful daddy and mommy!
