Journey to Joy

Hello my name is Anyka. I was diagnosed with primary ovarian insufficiency (sometimes called primary ovarian failure), which means my ovaries don’t function normally and I can’t become pregnant naturally. This is something I’ve struggled to accept because being a mother has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I don’t have a husband or a boyfriend, but I wasn’t going to let that stop me—I was ready to do this on my own. I wanted to build a family, to give a child unconditional love, stability, and a future. This journey was never about waiting for the “perfect” circumstances, it was about following my heart and making my dream of motherhood a reality despite the obstacles. Now, my path to becoming a mom looks different than I imagined, but my desire hasn’t changed. It’s only made me more determined and more appreciative of the opportunity to one day hold my own child in my arms
