Jack and Nancy Moline. Fertility issues

My wife Nancy and are seeking assistance getting pregnant and starting a family. Nancy is completely healthy and able to be pregnant. I on the other hand have a very low sperm count and have been diagnosed to have myotonic dystrophy but it is not life threatening. We have chosen to try IUI with a sperm donor to get pregnant and we have exhausted all our funds. If this is unsuccessful we will move on to IVF which is very expensive but more positive results. We have been married for 16 years and have a very passionate desire to start a family and have a baby. I was an only child growing up and desire to have my own child.
