IVF For Baby Hamilton

Hi! My name is Hannah and for the past 3.5 years my husband, Shane, and I have been going through infertility. I have Stage 4 endometriosis which is a condition in which tissue grows on the outside of the uterus and other pelvic organs. Endometriosis is physically, emotionally, and mentally painful. The last 3.5 years have been the most heart wrenching experience of our lives. I have gone through countless exams, ultrasounds, blood work, medications, and surgery to get my endometriosis under control. Unfortunately, through all that Shane and I have experienced 5 failed medicated cycles and 2 failed IUI cycles. The endometriosis has truly wreaked havoc internally causing irreparable damage. Due to the severity of my endometriosis, all chances of a natural pregnancy and the experiences that come with that have been taken from us. This is something we are grieving for everyday. Continuing this fight will not be easy, but with the generous support of friends, family, and even strangers, Shane and I may one day have our dreams of being parents become a reality.
