IVF for Baby Bruder

In high school, we never dreamed we would be here in this situation/ but here we are! Tanner and I (Shannon) started dating back in 2011, when we were just a sophomore and a senior. We dreamed of the day we would get married, have our own house, and raise a family together. Since then, we’ve accomplished 2 of these things- but the third turned out to not come so easily. We started looking into fertility treatments in early 2022 when we accepted the realization that we had been trying for about 2 years, and nothing had come out of it. After rounds of blood work, ultrasounds, and different procedures, we have discovered that I have an AMH level on the lower end (I don’t have the amount of eggs that most do In my age group). Otherwise, our fertility issues have been defined as “unexplained infertility”. We will be going through 3 rounds of medicated artificial insemination (IUI) in the near future, and if that fails, we will have to look into doing IVF. IVF comes with a lot of costs- ultrasounds, multiple rounds of medications, scans, egg retrieval, plus the actual procedure itself.
