IVF and fallopian tube removal

Hello my name is Samantha. I’m 24 years old. I have 2 step children and I’m married. I have been trying for 5 years to get pregnant. I never knew why I couldn’t have a baby. Then I got the worst news of my life my fallopian tubes are completely blocked where there is no surgery that can fix them the only way to have a baby is to do IVF.
