I'm 31 and I just wanna experience motherhood

Hello I'm Sloane I'm 31 yrs of age and I've been pregnant 2 times in my life both ectopic pregnancy. Left and right tube are still there just damaged I carried both my kids almost full term I went. To a bad place in my own mind I couldn't understand why couldn't give birth. Then they told me I could never have kids without motherhood I feel as if I have no purpose in life. Work home is all I do I have no love life I cant make love. Knowing I can't bring life in this world that's a major part in a womans life motherhood and I can't. Experience that yeah let's just say I cry everyday thinking about my worth in this world and as a woman.That should never be in question I just lost my mom last year on September 7 2021 on my lil sister birthday I just need too feel. Wanted I need to feel love motherhood is the key to that to me I just need a some help with this tube ligation surgery. They will stitch my tubes back together I just dont have the cash so I'm asking for help from anyone willing to help me in my time of need.
