Hopeful Sherman Family

My name is Marsha and my Husband is Owen. We have been married almost 2 years now (friends for 8 years prior to our marriage) I only have one fallopian tube and it is very scarred. We only have a 1% chance of conceiving on our own. I had an ectopic pregnancy in which ruptured my other fallopian tube and it had to be removed. We have had our IVF consultation and it is going to cost roughly $15,000 after my Husband's Veteran discount. I am only asking for help with $4000 as we can get a loan to pay the rest.
