Greetings, We’re Chris and Faith. I’m 35, and my husband is almost 37. We began trying to conceive naturally in November 2024. Because I have stage 4 endometriosis, we knew it might take longer, but we never imagined we wouldn’t conceive at all. We chose to wait until we were more stable financially and personally, and while we don’t regret that decision, it has made this journey more challenging. To give ourselves the best chance, I used the Inito Fertility Monitor to track ovulation and timed our cycles perfectly. Month after month, the tests were negative. I met with my OBGYN for a preconception appointment, and while most labs were normal, my AMH came back extremely low at 0.09. This was in August 2025. I also began taking the Perelel Conception Support Pack as my prenatal. Because of my low AMH, my OBGYN referred me to a fertility clinic immediately. She explained that I might not respond well to medications or IUI, which was devastating to hear. At the clinic, I had a saline infusion sonogram and learned I have a tilted cervix and a fibroid. Ideally, the fibroid would be removed, but since I’ve already had two surgeries for endometriosis, my doctor felt it was safer to leave it alone. During my second surgery in 2023, my tubes were confirmed open, and my REI believes they likely still are. My doctor recommended a medicated IUI and mentioned that while I may not be the strongest candidate for IVF, mini‑IVF could be an option. Unfortunately, the biggest barrier for us is financial. We had to pause treatment before even beginning the IUI cycle. I was prescribed Letrozole for timed intercourse and progesterone after ovulation, and we recently increased the Letrozole dose. We’ve discussed adding a follicle‑stimulating medication, doing a monitored IUI with a trigger shot, or even a hybrid approach using IVF medications with an IUI.
