Help Reza & Masoma to complete their family

My wife and I are reaching out as we embark on our journey toward parenthood through IVF. Due to medical challenges on my end, natural conception is not an option for us. At some point during my service or possibly due to genetic factors, I developed a condition that has severely impacted my fertility. In an effort to improve our chances, I underwent a Varicocelectomy to address enlarged veins (varicocele) in my scrotum, hoping it would aid in sperm production. Unfortunately, despite the procedure, my sperm count remains at 0%. After thorough evaluations, our doctor has informed us that natural insemination is not possible in our case. The only viable path forward for us is IVF. While this journey is not what we initially envisioned, we remain hopeful and committed to growing our family through assisted reproductive technology.
