Help me with my IVF journey!

I’m Sarah, and it’s been a long road. I’ve wanted to have kids for as long as I can remember, and at age 30 I started trying with the help of a sperm donor. After 6 unsuccessful IUIs, I moved on to IVF. My first egg retrieval yielded only one embryo, which resulted in a chemical pregnancy (early loss.) My second egg retrieval yielded more embryos, but unfortunately my fresh transfer led to an ectopic pregnancy. After some time to recover from that physically and emotionally, I had some testing done. All supposedly normal. Two more transfers resulted in two more chemical pregnancies. I’m now on my third fertility clinic, and have finally found a team that is helping me find answers. I’ve undergone extensive (and expensive!!) testing this past year, and confirmed that I have immune issues that require me to be on an immune protocol for retrievals and transfers moving forward. I’ve also recently had a laparoscopy where endometriosis was discovered and removed. I was not expecting this journey to take this long, or be this difficult, and the future remains uncertain. I’m planning on attempting another egg retrieval in the coming months, and could use all of the help I can get at this point!
