Help me... I have tried but I fail

My name is Mandy i have a problem when it's come to having a child. 2008 I had a baby girl and died after 3 months and I tried again in 2011 a girl died giving birth and I got a new husband we tried in 2015 I got pregnant and had a miscarriage becouse he was abusive and we want for counseling and staff he start sections 2019 pregnant with a baby boy at 6 month the say my baby is at the wrong tube after securing this 1 with my last balance I'm left with one lucky tube that what the doctors told me and ivf is expensive please I can't die without 1 air to call me as mom it's painful to see my friends and family and there kids keep on asking why don't I have a child please help???
