My name is Sarah and I have had PCOS since I was 24 years old. I have dreamed of being a mom since I can remember and I was extremely fortunate to meet my husband David, who we call Tony. He is my rock and I just want to be able to have a little one of us. We are fundraising because unfortunately Insurance does not cover for IVF and that is our only option to be able to convince due to my medical issues.
