Help Essence and Cole start a family

My name is Essence and I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, commonly known as PCOS for those not familiar with the condition. PCOS is a hormonal disorder that causes the ovaries to be enlarged and contains many small cyst on the edges, it causes infertility, acne, facial hair, pelvic discomfort, unexplained fatigue, anxiety, depression, obesity, and irregular periods…. Which I have all of the above also accompanied by back pain and cramps when I’m on my period and off. The cyst does rupture sometimes which is very painful. I have one fallopian tube as well. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for going on 3.5 years now and have tried everything in the book. We were going to start the process of IVF but realized how expensive it is and how we couldn’t afford it with all of our bills and he has a 7 year old daughter from his previous relationship and I love her dearly but I want nothing more than to have a child if my own and that is apart of me. I want to be able to experience the feeling of growing a little life and spoiling my baby with love. So we are seeking help to start a little family of our own.
