Finding Baby Bean

We always dreamed of becoming parents. After our wedding in October 2022, we excitedly started trying to grow our family—only to face two long, heartbreaking years of unexplained infertility. Tests couldn’t give us answers, only frustration and the growing fear that we might never hold our baby in our arms. Then, in January 2025, hope flickered to life. Just as we sat in our doctor’s office discussing our bleak options, I discovered I was already pregnant. For ten beautiful days, we let ourselves believe our miracle had finally arrived. We called our baby "Bean," whispering dreams of their future. But on January 23rd, those dreams shattered. The bleeding started, and by the next day, we were told we were losing them. The grief of that loss still lingers, but so does our determination. We know now that fertility treatments could be our best chance—but as a teacher, the cost of IVF or IUI feels impossible on my own.
