Building a family

My name is Tanisha Oliver. I’m 27yrs old . I have a 9yr old son. Me and my fiancé have been trying for the last 3yrs to get pregnant. None has succeeded, with 3 miscarriages followed by 2 surgeries. We been together for 7yrs and really want a baby to share together. My only hope after the surgeries is IVF. I want nothing more but to be able to expand my family.
