My name is Sara and I have unexplained secondary infertility. I have a beautiful adult daughter who was conceived with no issues 22 years ago. Later in life, my husband and I are unable to conceive a second child. We have been trying for 7 years without success. We are now ready to take the next steps in our journey to become parents a second time with the assistance of in-vitro fertilization.
