My husband and I have been married for 18years. 10 of those 18years we have trying and prayed so hard for a baby. However, we continue to hit a roadblock after roadblock. Our 1st few years we thought it would be easy. I mean everyone around was was pregnant after a few months, but not us. After 2 years of no luck our dr finally referred us to a specialist. We tried everything it seemed like still with No luck. We did a few months of timed intercourse with medications. Hsg, iui after iui’s then medicated iui’s after medicated iui’s. We talked with our dr about ivf, but he recommended taking some time off. So we found another specialist who would do Ivf. After many months on a waiting list to have an ivf done we finally did the ivf to only have one egg. Then on the morning of transfer we lost our one & only embryo. At this point we had invested so much time & money because our insurance wouldn’t pay a penny. I’m so scared that by the time we have another chance of ivf I will not have any eggs left.
