Baby Steps to the future

My name is Mary. I am 37years old.I'm here seeking help to start my family. During my childhood I was molested by a family member who took advantage of me at the age of 4 years old, which cause major damage to my body. I was told by the doctors that it will be difficult for me to have kids naturally due to the severity of the damage that was caused when I was younger . Both my right and left fallopian tubes were removed , fallopian tubes which is needed for the sperm to swim through to connect with the eggs. My only option now is IVF it's very costly but I'm willing to save all my life savings just to have a chance at being a great mom.
