Adding a baby to our family

My name is Amanda my husband and I have two boys and are wanting to have another baby we want to grow our family of 4 to a family of 5 but I unfortunately cannot conceive on my own . 8 years ago I had precervical cancer and had a leap done my obgyn at the time told me it was to dangerous for me to have any more babies and due to that I had my tubes removed well we have been given the okay for us to do IVF since iv not had any signs of the cervical cancer coming back everything looked good so we are now wanting to do IVF treatments to have another baby to add to my crazy family we are trying to save to do so
