41 year old who desires to be a first time Mom!

My name is Rhonda Cummings, I'm a 41 year old and desire to be a first time mother. I have blocked tubes so I was told in 2019 but I got pregnant after my second fibroid surgery in August 2019. Fibroids have also been an issue but I've had them removed twice. I wasn't able to carry my baby pass 7 weeks and miscarried. My fiance and I have been trying ever since to get pregnant again with no luck. My age is definitely a factor as I was told I have a diminished ovarian reserve but I'm still ovulating each month. I believe I need help as my biological clock is ticking and it's getting harder to conceive. I'd like to try IVF but it's so expensive that we can't afford it right now with our income. Any assistance would be so gratefully appreciated to cover cost of IVF treatments. I just want to be able to have a healthy child, boy or girl, whatever God would like to give us!
